The annual Rosslare 10K road race takes place every year on Easter Monday, which is 13th April this year, hosted by Wexford Triathlon Club and kindly sponsored by Kelly’s Hotel.

We are also introducing a 5K road race this year (one lap of our 10K route).

We have nominated Special Olympics Wexford as the charity which we will donate to.

Whether you’re here to win overall or one of our category prizes, or after a 10K or 5K PB, or just happy to run, jog, walk or crawl the course, all are welcome at the Rosslare 10K and 5K event.

Come along and enjoy the unique party atmosphere to finish off your Easter weekend at Rosslare Strand.

Held in scenic Rosslare Strand, the Rosslare 10K is a two- loop race on a fast course. The 5K race is one loop of the course. The race is chip timed, fully marshalled and refreshments for all participants after the race.

We are making our event zero waste with respect to drinking water, by using Refill Ireland, therefore having a cleaner greener experience for all!

The first 250 entrants will receive Quality Technical t-shirts,( which went down a treat last year as is evidenced by the number of them being worn daily around the county!)

There is a generous prize purse for winning athletes.

Race participants must be over 18, due to insurance restrictions, however families are more than welcome to support and encourage!

Thanks to Kelly’s Resort Hotel and Spa for their very generous support of this event.

Pre-registration is €15 + booking fee and includes a t-shirt for the first 250. Registration on the day opens at 9:00 subject to availability at a cost of €20 and will close at 10:30.

Quality t-shirts for the first 250 entrants. Enter online to be guaranteed.

Car Parking

The Gardaí have asked us to advise participants and spectators that access by car to Station Road will be restricted to local traffic.  Car parking will be provided in the vicinity of the National School & Community Centre on race day, which can be accessed via Grange Road.  This is a short distance (800m) from Registration and the Start Line, so entrants are asked to allow ample time so as not to miss the start of the race.  Additionally, a small amount of car parking (approx. 60 spaces) will be available in a designated car park at the top of Coast Guard Hill beside Redmond’s Bay Bar.

Participants are kindly asked to use the car parks provided and obey the direction of the marshals.
